Each is used when we are reffereing to indivisuals from a group.

Every is used when we refer group collectively without reffering to individuals.

There are examples where we tell "Every human being", then how we can apply above rule.

Most importantly, Each is used when the no.of things referred are limited and Every is used when the no.of things referred are not limited.

Example:

1. Each boy here can play cricket.

2. Every boy in world likes to play cricket.

Every is used as a plural and each is used as singular. Main point to remember is that each is used for humans and every for things.
