The present perfect form of have is have had.
'Have you had your breakfast?' 'I have had a cup of coffee, but I haven't had anything to eat yet. .
The past perfect tense is used when we are talking about the past and want to refer back to an earlier past time.
She felt marvellous after she had had a good night's sleep.

Have had and had had.
The first world is an auxiliary verb like have and had.
And next one is the third form of the verb as in perfect tense. Which shows eaten or possesses.
