It is in present continuous so ing form is must, and object is similar to against no need both, remaining C is answer.

"me to watch" gives sense to watch the working person but here is disturbance so it must be TV or something so C is correct.

Here option b may also possible, but it it differ the sense of the sentence, so C is correct.
