If if statement is in "present tense" than clause will be in "future tense" vice versa.

Here it comes as; If+ noun/pronoun+present tense or noun/pronoun future tense.

The rule says:
With Simple present, will be used.
With past would be used.
With Simple present, will be used.
With past would be used.

Why not B? because simple future is Subject+will/shall+Object
