Present Cont. + If = Simple future.
Simple past + if = Would have (perfect future).
Past Cont. + When = Past Perfect.
B is the correct option.
Simple past + if = Would have (perfect future).

I think Option A should be the correct answer.
Past continuous + when + Past Indefinite.
Past continuous + when + Past Indefinite.
