Even though "dislike" has a negative connotation, grammatically it's a positive statement. Therefore, the correct tag is "doesn't he"?.

Since dislike is already a negative word then its question tag should be positive. Hence "does he" should be correct answer.

Because it is the simple present tense, he never like the word dislike, so B is the answer.

It is -ve form sentence the question tag must be in +ve form. So, does he is the correct.
