"came to know fraudulent action" should be "came to know about the fraudulent action".
"order immediately dismissed him" should be "immediately ordered his dismissal".

You might be right but I think that there is a little rectification needed in this sentence in order to make it clear;.
"The moment the manager came to know the fraudulent action of his assistant, he immediately ordered to dismiss him".

Pronoun ambiguity is there. 'His' referred to whom? Manager or assistant.
