Since the verb is in simple present tense so the helping verb also in present only.

Because unless is used so only one negative is use it. Dot use "unless" along with "not" .

Verb is mentioned here inorder to use verb we are using helping verb. That must be used after the subject.

Here there are two connectives so we know that in one sentence double connectives are not required. i.e. we have to remove one connective but the meaning should be same.

Unless itself a negative word hence not should not be used so the given question is wrong. Of the four option A is right because the given sentence gives a negative sense so option A is appropriate one. Thank you.
