What is the difference between can not and cannot? Can anyone please explain it in easy way with examples?

It is possible to write can not, but you generally find it only as part of some other construction, such as "not only, but also".

I think "it is cannot express" because "ourselves" in context to human body can't be conveyed they are expressed.
