Convey is to make an idea or feeling understandable to someone while express is to convey the idea or feeling into words or gestures.

We can only use the term "Express" for the gestures and explanation of words by human being.

You can not convey yourself, you can convey to others. So express yourself.

The main difference between "cannot" and "can not" is that the first term deals with impossibility and the second handles choice. The two-word version also is more common when a person wants to add emphasis on something, or when he wants to stress that someone has more than one skill.
Mistakes about how to use them properly means that they are virtually interchangeable in regular speech, however.

Difference between "cannot" and "can not".
I cannot go to school.
This would mean that, for whatever reason (e. G. Ill health) , you were unable to attend school due to circumstances beyond your control.
I can not go to school.
Your girlfriend just got a day off and wants to hang with you. It is well within your abilities to NOT go to school. You are making a decision to purposefully avoid it.
