Once go through the statement completely it is given she cooks, washes dishes, and does homework. Here these 3 also a infinitives while the last one is relaxing which is a gerund, This Means an infinitive can't be matched to a gerund it is a parallelism error so relaxing must be replaced by relaxes.

It is a parallelism error. When two actions are in the present form, the rest also should be in present, i.e then relaxes.
