Still gives the idea of continuing/even now as in:
It is still raining.
Yet gives the idea of up till now and is often used in negative and interrogative sentences as in:
It hasn't stopped raining yet.
Has it stopped raining yet?

There should be a comma after the blank, then the answer is yet.
