How can telling lies be connected with Slandering? Sue i.e. take legal action against someone or fire someone, and slander sounds valid. Therefore, Answer should be use WITH slander.

Sue means to take a legal action against someone.

Slander means to make a false and damaging statement about someone.

So for is the correct answer.

Here slander is referred as the crime.
