By eating only bread man does not live. Food, diet, meals means all kinds of varieties (rice, curry, roti , etc will come under this section). So the other are different from bread.

Actually guys we are thinking for the right ans in a practical way but in actual it is just like a proverb, which has already proved. I also thought the right ans is option-A. But the ans is 'BREAD'.
