Well, I think this is the order of situations or incidents and not the grammatically correct sentence.
So basically.
Of all professions (every person of different professions) , went to him (to the doctor) , for medicine and treatment (regarding health) , at his dispensary (the place).
"my assumption":its incomplete. May be in the story, the author wanted to introduce a new character or say something about a profession. Something in particular.
This might not be correct. If anyone knows better. You're most welcome.
