From a distance of more than five miles make sense. Ie SQ. Now eliminate the option c since it is not following the order SQ. Now conside R:"as they settele down". So here given that as they settele down, for what? To watch the mountain. So RPSQ is the correct order.

I think option D is right.
The correct order is PRSQ => To watch the mountain as they settles down from a distance of more than five miles.
