I think "month's" is an error in the question. Replacing it with "month" would clear up the confusion and D, B would stand out as the correct answer.

I think this sequence seems correct from my point of view.

"It was to be the last expedition which was due to start in a month's before their school examination". However its lacking logic either it should be "in few months" or "in a month".

Why it was "month's" ?
