So in this s1 says that Nehru is plan enthusiastic then the Question arises how then are tells because he took idea from Russia then Q tells us that Russia is a type of communist dictatorship then s comes and p.

Here PRQ is a definite sequence, which is not present in any of the options. In the answer mentioned above, what idea is he talking about in the second sentence?
