In questions below, each passage consist of six sentences. The first and sixth sentence are given in the begining. The middle four sentences in each have been removed and jumbled up. These are labelled as P, Q, R and S. Find out the proper order for the four sentences.

As said by others even I agree with C as the right answer because B makes no sense.
Just frame the sentence according to option B and you will come to a conclusion that statement P should definitely be after S.

Even I felt [C] can be the answer.
But in option [B] they have mentioned, Capuchins may be left for years in an English house without the least danger to their health.
So without the least danger means it is a danger. That's why [B] is the correct answer.
