B is not the answer.
Q will be followed by S.
It can't be followed by are because are is followed by P which states that "they quickly die from colds" while are actually says Capuchins can live for a long time. The main difference he's giving between the 2 monkeys is their life longevity. And it does not make sense that B can be the answer.
The correct answer is C.
Q will be followed by S.

Why C is not the answer. I think option B keeps P after the R which implies that Capuchin monkey dies quickly from cold and coughs but S1 and S6 concludes that they are the best suited monkeys so how can they die.
I think selecting answer C will make more proper sequence.

@All.
Even I felt [C] can be the answer.
But in option [B] they have mentioned, Capuchins may be left for years in an English house without the least danger to their health.
So without the least danger means it is a danger. That's why [B] is the correct answer.

As said by others even I agree with C as the right answer because B makes no sense.
Just frame the sentence according to option B and you will come to a conclusion that statement P should definitely be after S.

C is the answer because you introduce the monkey in Q But in S it gives a contradicting statement "However" makes no sense so C is the answer.

Exactly correct answer will be C because it does not give us any meaning otherwise.

I too agree that C must be the answer because it would only make a proper sequence.
