Bird's eye view means 'concise view'.

Birds eye view means a situation which is viewed from high altitude or from a certain distance and from such height we can see a generalized view. That's why a general view is the correct option.

Bird's eye would mean a focused view, how can a general view be equivalent to a focused view!?
