Option E is wrong because here the first person's characteristic need not to be mentioned as it is only about Ravi and option D is wrong because the sentence is not an exact statement stating Ravi better than anyone.

Option B and E are not same because option B states Ravi is not good and option E 1states that Ravi is not thinking good about 1st person.
