I think this is what the statement means: the food in the hotel where they are currently staying is so bad that it does not match to the food that they were forced to eat in Hotel Kohinoor.
The food that they were forced to eat in Hotel Kohinoor may also be bad, but because the food in the hotel where they're currently staying is worse, then the food in Hotel Kohinoor can be put in a higher regard.
The key term here is "no match" which is usually preceded by an inferior subject in comparison to a superior object which is usually found after such idiom is stated.
"Sushmita has no match against Nikush for the latter has exceptional logic over the other".
