I think this is what the statement means: the food in the hotel where they are currently staying is so bad that it does not match to the food that they were forced to eat in Hotel Kohinoor.
The food that they were forced to eat in Hotel Kohinoor may also be bad, but because the food in the hotel where they're currently staying is worse, then the food in Hotel Kohinoor can be put in a higher regard.
The key term here is "no match" which is usually preceded by an inferior subject in comparison to a superior object which is usually found after such idiom is stated.
"Sushmita has no match against Nikush for the latter has exceptional logic over the other".

Here the first option is correct due to the word "forced", and the way the word is used, it shows a negative impression of the hotel Kohinoor. So option "a" is correct that the present hotel served better than Kohinoor.
Please correct me, if I'm wrong.

The following sentence indicate that the foot in this hotel does not even better than what they get in the late hours at hotel Kohinoor. The confusing word is no match. Here no match means not even better.

I think the answer is wrong or the given premises is wrong. Because the word 'forced' change the meaning of the statement such as they were supposed to eat the food served in Kohinoor even it is not good.

Yes, I do agree that word force is used incorrectly. If the word forced is replaced with the word served then option b is the correct option. Otherwise, it's option an indeed.

If "Forced to eat " was an act of compulsion because they could not find a better hotel in that late hours, then how can B be the answer? A must be the answer right.

I think the phrase "no match" in itself explains that the food in hotel Kohinoor is superior to what they ate in that particular hotel.

It means to say that - The food in this hotel is worse than that food served at late hours (left overs etc) at hotel kohinoor.

Here 'forced' indicates that the servers in the hotel kohinoor were asked to prepare the dishes in the late night.

Sentence here says that as it's been late hours of the day, they were forced to eat even though the food was good.
