Guys listen,
Sense the sentence before asking such questions.
As it was already mentioned that his behaviour was UNPREDICTABLE that means you cannot choose option a, c, d because they have NEVER and ALWAYS word in it. So, as the behavior was unpredictable we can sure about his extremities (good or bad).
And as question didn't say about any work so option e is out of the box.
So now we have answer option B left in our pocket.
Go for the elimination decision if you got trapped in such type of question.
