outside climate has nothing to do...in watching television.....since the weather is pleasant....so why to stop our self frm going out for morning walk...its better to go for a ride neither to stop our self....frm going somewhere or stay at home

No answer B doesn't suits the because the ''outside climate was extremely pleasant'".
So one can't refrain/ stop himself or herself going out for a walk or a drive in such a pleasant climate.
