In Option A:- If the week was full of working days, then work could be done.
In option B:- If it was very hectic, then its one's own mental and physical capacity but practically could be done.
In option B:- If the week was busy, one has to manage time but practically work is possible.
In option E:- If week was loaded with work, then off course work could be done.
But In option C:- If week was full of holidays, then only practically work is not possible.

Had it been some special task, ie an allotted task, we could write, because of loaded with work, we could not work on named special task. But in this because of holidays, very little work could be done.

People, Isn't it easy - All other four options corroborate the same meaning as "NO TIME" and Full of holidays says - They had time but they didn't do the work in time they could have done, practically.

Practically is mentioned here, so we need to think why little work can be done because they did not have enough time to complete more work.

If it was hectic or loaded, much would have completed. It's because of Holidays.
So, I agree with you @Ranjitha and @Bulupadhee.

In this question its quite difficult to select one appropriate answer. Can any body tell me how to deal with it?

Here very little refers to negative meaning. Giving meaning as "no work" so it has to be full of holidays.
