The sentence is in simple present tense.
The structure of simple present tense in active voice is :[ S + do/does + V1 +obj (or) S+V1+Obj].
When changes in passive voice : [obj as a subject + is/am/are + v3 +by +sub as a object]
here 'greet' is the verb.
