As in question we find word please so it's kind of request so option c is right answer.

He told his father, "Please increase my pocket-money" seems correct.

In this sentence they use please that means he is requesting and whenever sentence comes with said we have to convert and instead of, " (double coat and comma) we have to insert helping word ie. Here we insert to.
