The rule for chance of speech is

Direct to indirect = present to past

Question here is in indirect therefore convert it into direct by using present as it is from indrect to direct i.e., from past to present.

Guys can someone tell me that 'her' is the 3rd person in reported speech but according to the answer how it is changing to 'my' somewhere I am getting confused.

So is there someone to explain?

Vinay you are ryt it is a rule.

Example:.

DIRECT SPEECH: HE SAID "I GO TO MARKET EVERY DAY".

INDIRECT SPEECH: HE SAID (THAT) HE WENT TO MARKET EVERY DAY.

Notice that the sentence starts with "she said" so the whole sentence goes in past. Don't get confused, watch out how the sentence starts.

The answer should be A because her brother is the third person and by the rules 3rd person will not change, her brother is remained same.

No, @Rishav Raaz.

A is not correct because when she is telling about herself, she is not going to use "Her". So, C is right.

Yes, I agree with option C, because the sentence in 'past continuous' we should convert into present continuous.
