Inevitable means "which is definitely going to happen" thus the opposite should negate this certainty, making 'uncertain' the most appropriate answer in this context!

Inevitable means something that is certain to happen. The directions of the question say that the word to be chosen should be opposite in meaning.

Hence, the correct answer should be Uncertain, I suppose.

As the meaning of inevident is not easily seen or understood. So, uncertain is the correct answer.

Inevitable: Certain. So the opposite is uncertain.

Inevident means not evident or obvious.

Inevitable means which can't be avoided, so its opposite is avoidable. Which among the above words have a meaning similar to it?

I can't judge.
