So, Question asked large antonym condense.
So, conclude is the wrong answer.

Expand means to increase or enlarge, while condense means to decrease or reduce.

Condense means making something denser. Means making something more concentrated than its usual amount or size. Similarly, expand means making something larger than usual. Expand would be the exact antonym to answer your question. Why not congest? Congest is an adjective. Where it is not a verb done. Congest means crowded area. It's not making something to shrink or compress both expand and condense are verbs.
