RETURN and RESTORATION are under condition.
If anybody RETURNS in a place, it means that he/she was there in the past. For example, I'm Bangladeshi. If I go to a tour in India I will RETURN to Bangladesh after completing my tour.
If you RESTORE something in a place it means that the thing was at the position at a time. For example, if I RESTORE my documents from Recycle Bean to Computer Drive then it is no need to say that the documents were in Computer Drive at a time.
#EXODUS: INFLUX=.
In 1971 many Bangladeshi became a refugee in India. They had EXODUSED from Bangladesh and INFLUXED in India. It is not conditional that they were in India at any time.
The actual difference between RESTORATION, RETURN and INFLUX is in their uses not in meanings.
