Let us always observe the golden rules of Concorde in supplying answers. One might be deceived into choosing cheapness because it falls into the same class of abstract nouns as extravagance. So, for economical (adjective) to be correct, then the main word should be extravagant (adjective) and not EXTRAVAGANCE (abstract noun).
