Antonym of Refusing is Accepting. So here it should be ordering.

Ordering is correct answer.

Refusing is the right answer.

It's refusing only. As in here,

Synonym of obey is "take orders", and if one does not "take order" it means he or she is "refusing" to "take order".

Therefore "refusing is an antonym of obeying".

On contrary, it can also be taken as "giving orders" as in "ordering" and "taking order" as in "obeying".

But we are not searching for an antonym of "ordering", as question demands us to search for exact opposite or antonym of "obeying". If the question, would've asked antonym "ordering", then "obeying" will be the answer out of the given options.

Therefore "refusing" is the correct option.

I think we need to find the exact opposite of the word not negative of the word.

For example, opposite of pull will be a push.
And negative of pull is on pull.
I think every body is getting confused in opposite and negative.

I'm quite sure it's refusing. Antonym of obey is disobey which means refuse not order.

Refusing is the right option as this is the only word which sounds diffrent meaning amongst all four words.

Opposite of obey must be disobey. So refusing should be correct. But in sense of analogy order is correct for obeying.

You just have to take it inversely as you are ordered to do something and you eventually obeyed. Simple.
