By Cambridge dictionary, it is clear that the word is used in the sense of giving an answer; evasive (adj. ) is the indirect or unclear manner of answering especially because you do not want to give an honest answer. So I think, the antonym honest is correct.

Evasive means something which you want to tell or reveal but not directly due to some circumstances or purposely, means you don't want to express frankly. That's why Frank should be the proper antonym.

I think answer should be frank or free, because to conceal truth or not speaking directly is conservatives so antonym of conservatives might be free or Frank. Guys do comment on this.

So its antonym should be free.
