In the given options there is no bolting method. So it's welding. Since normally we will use bolting and welding for connecting steel. Bolting is very easiest method in field. Welding in the field will tough. Because field welders are available less number.

Easy for connectihg no need of holes incase of riverting efficiency is high upto 100% but in rivert it is 60 to 70% only.
