The TCS on-campus recruitment process consisted of an online test followed by a panel interview.

Online Test Experience

The online test included:

Aptitude (Quantitative Ability & Logical Reasoning)
Verbal Ability

Coding Section (2 questions)

Each section had a fixed time limit, so time management was very important. The aptitude and verbal sections were based on basic concepts. The coding questions were of moderate difficulty.

Based on performance:

Clearing aptitude and basic coding led to consideration for the Ninja role
Strong coding performance increased chances for Digital or Prime roles
The results were announced a few days after the test.

Interview Experience (Panel Interview)

The interview was conducted by a panel of three members:

Technical Panelist
Managerial Panelist
HR Panelist

It could last 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or even up to 50 minutes.
