Placement Papers - TCS

Hello Everyone,

My name is Kapil Chouhan from SCSIT Indore. TCS recently conducted an on campus drive in our university for 2 days. Around 600 students were eligible to take part in the placement procedure. It was very hectic and very exciting day for all of the candidates.

So the first day written test.

To prepare for the written go to campusgate and search fro TCS paper there are few papers and guys just prepare from that papers only. Not even a single question will be from outside.

Just prepare for that paper and manage our time.

There will be 3 Sections for the written procedure,

1. Essay Writing.
2. Aptitude.
3. Reasoning.

You can also get the topics for essay from campusgate.
Around 600 students gave written exam and only 345 students cleared the exam and I was one of them.

Second day, Interview.
The interview round was of three types.

A. Technical.
B. HR

We all were categorized into panels and I was waiting fro my round and around 1 pm my name was announced, and after that my heartbeat get fast.
I was waiting for my turn from outside with my panel members.

And suddenly a volunteer came to me and said your name is Kapil, I said yes! and he said to go into room for interview.

Me: May I come in sir!
He: Yes! Sit.
Me: Thank you!

He: Show me your CV(I showed him).
He: Tell Me about yourself.
Me: Told with confidence.

He: What is your career goal.
Me: Told.
.......

And there were some technical questions also, and I answered confidently.

Any way the questions were very simple. They were like what are the technologies that I have used to develop my project and asked some questions from Data Structure.
My interview was around 50 mins.

After that I was sure that I will clear this round, but to reduce my nervousness I was saying to my friend that "Achha nahi tha yar..!"
But my name was announced for HR Round, and I went and I was the first who was giving HR.

It was quite good but I was not happy with my interview.
That's it there ends my interview!

Result day :
The name of all the students who got selected were announcing, I was waiting for my name. But unfortunately I was not in the selected candidate.
Quite upset but okay..
Around 200 students were got placed in TCS.
