Hi guys.

I am Mohan. Firstly I would like to share my experience regarding campus interviews. I have attended 7-8 trails and I failed in every drive. I am some what depressed and lost my hope that it might be tough for me to secure a job. I am graduated 5 months back and I am in search of a job. Some how I applied to TCS and I got an acceptance letter to attend the drive.

During On campus in general TCS is used to conduct 2-3 rounds but as it a walk-in TCS has conducted 4 rounds that includes.

1. Written (online aptitude test).
2. Technical round.
3. MR round.
4. HR round.

I attended TCS online test on November 22nd and did my best. The written exam was conducted in two sections.

1. E-mail writing. My suggestions for you guys please follow email writings which were available in technicalbaba, M4maths.

2. Aptitude test. Around 30 questions were given and almost 18 questions are given from campusgate and please follow the website and I am sure it would be a cakewalk for you to crack the exam.

On the same day results were announced (11:30 PM) and I am shortlisted for the interview process on november 26th.

My interview was scheduled around 1:30PM and I am done with my interview process. And I cleared all the rounds conducted.

On december 2nd I have received my offer letter stating that I have been a part of TCS family and I am happy now. Believe me guys the way you communicate with the interviewer is the GenX factor that helps you clear the interview.

Last but not least do not get disappointed when you are not selected in a campus drive. Never give up. There will be a day where you can showcase your talent. Never lose hope and keep on trying.
