Placement Papers - TCS

We had a close campus of TCS  in our college campus i.e. TECHNOCRATS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, BHOPAL.

Total 800+ Students appeared for the written test but just 118 could qualify the examination (Aptitude and Verbal). Finally 76 were shortlisted.

There were total 3 rounds.

- Verbal and Aptitude.
- Technical Interview.
- HR and MR.

Those who were among the top 5 from each group were to appear for only verbal.

To prepare for the verbal be apt with the format, and just go through the informal and formal letter both. Mostly they ask to write about the formal topics but this time we had many questions upon the informal ones too. The informal ones were bit difficult.

Write short and good sentences. Rest the questions are easy. Do not make any sort of grammatical mistakes.

As far as I have seen 80% accuracy is required to qualify the verbal part.

For aptitude:

I suggest you all to solve R.S Aggarwal only if you have sample of time for say about 2 -3 months or so. The questions are good but  personally never solved it and it didn't make any great difference to me !

I prepared from the last years TCS papers. Most of the questions had same format.

Its better that you solve the questions papers instead of the books.

For the technical interview:

- Be well prepared with the subjects you mention in your resume.

- Be prepared with basic SUBJECTS Like C ,C++, DBMS , Software Development, OOPS,
OS.
