Placement Papers - TCS

Hi all.

TCS visited our campus on Sept 20. In total 87 selections were there out of around 200 students. I\'m from CSE branch and was a test exempted direct candidate so I was directly called for technical interview.

Technical interview:

Questions were mainly from what you write in your CV.

1). New features in oracle 11G.
Didn\'t answer.

2). Similarity between abstract class and interface?
Answered correctly.

3). All oops concepts in a car through a program.
Done.

4). To sort an array in descending order and also in ascending order and then merge the 2 arrays into one array and then multiply the array elements.
Wrote the sorting function and then verbally explained the logic.

5). Asked about my hobbies.
I cleared the TR and on the next day I appeared in MR round.

MR round:

1). Program to find prime no.
2). Example of creativity.
3). Willing to relocate?
4). Questions related to my projects.
5). Situation based questions.
6). Why TCS?

I cleared MR and within 5 mins I was called for HR round.

HR:

1). Intro.
2). Example of creativity.
3). Location problems?
4). About TCS bond and background check.
5). CEO of Wipro and Infosys.

I cleared the HR round also and was finally selected.
