Placement Papers - TCS

Hi All. I am DEEPAK KUMAR from Orissa Engineering College, Bhubaneswar,Computer Science and Engg. branch.I attended on campus interview on 4th oct,2012. I was in direct P.I. list.

The technical questions asked to me were:

1. About primary key,foreign key,null value, candidate key,unique key and their difference

2. About my project and database used in it.

3. Graphics in c

4. About SDLC and its model

5. Difference between dbms and rdbms

6. OSI model and difference between TCP & IP,FTP & SMTP etc

7. About Deadlock and its prevention

8. About latest technology like cloud computing,green computing etc

The HR question were:

Why TCS?,About TCS(its CEO,chairman etc),Why should I hire you?,Do you think you are selected?,Rate yourself(I said I satisfied 90%),about my hobbies,weakness etc.

Results were announced next day...and i got selected. Friends be bold and confident to answer the questions and if u don\'t know ans..say i don\'t know..don\'t bluff.
