Placement Papers - L & T Infotech

Hi,

I attended campus placement drive of L&T infotech on 14th November at AIT.

There are 5 rounds:-
- Aptitude test (includes technical module).
- Group discussion.
- Paragraph writing.
- Technical round.
- HR round.

1) Online test :-

It consists of 5 modules : aptitude, logical, verbal, DBMS, C++ and C concepts. Remember there is sectional cut off in each module, I feel it\'s 60 to 65 % cut off not sure.
To crack this, IndiaBix and R. S. Aggarwal are sufficient.

2) Group discussion :-

It is based on case study, remember it is not difficult to worry about. You will be given a sheet regarding an issue and ten minutes to go through it. Make use of this ten minutes efficiently by making note of good points at-least 2 points, grab a chance and speak. That\'s all you will get selected. It is an mass elimination round cause out 14 only 7 got selected.

3) Paragraph writing :-

Remember it is non elimination round but u will have discussion about it in HR round, so make sure you write related to the topic without much mistakes like grammar, punctuation etc. Write at-least one and half page and you will be given only ten minutes.

4) Technical round :-

Basics of DBMS, networking, C, C++, OS is must and above all confidence matters in this round. Out of 33 around 23 people got selected.

5) HR round :-

Not more than 5 mins, little discussion regarding that paragraph topic or some other topic depends on HR. Speak fluently that\'s enough and they verify all mark sheets. Out of 23 only 19 got selected.
