Hi friends,
I attended L and T infotech interview on march 20 and 21 at PSNA college. It was a pool drive.
Totally there are five rounds.
1) APTITUDE:
- 60 ques-60 minutes.
20 quants, 20 verbal, 20 logical.
There was sectional cutoff.
A) Quants- matrix, AP, GP, age, pipes, trains, probability, average, mixture and proportion, bar graph etc.
RS AGGARWAL is more than enough.
B) Verbal - reading comprehension, fill in the blanks, error detection, synonyms, odd man out, analogy.
C) Logical- blood relation, syllogism, situation analysis, figure question etc.
Nearly 1500 attended the interview only 26 cleared the 1st round. I cleared the 1st round.
2) GROUP DISCUSSION:
They separated 26 into two groups.
The Topic was "DRESS CODE IS MANDATORY IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE".
And next group topic was "OPPORTUNITIES IS MORE IN WESTERN COUNTRIES OR HERE".
5 got eliminated in this round.
3) PARAGRAPH WRITING:
The topic was "MYSELF-HOW CAN I BE A CHANGE MAKER".
This is not a elimination round, but could be used in Final HR round.
4) TECHNICAL ROUND:
Be very clear in your area of interest. Most of your question may be from your area of interest.
Always keep a smile in your face, which shows that you are not nervous.
Be bold. Though you don\'t know the answer, say something relevant to that.
It lasted till 45min.
6 got eliminated from 21.
5) HR ROUND:
This is just a formality round. Once you clear the technical round, you get through in L and T.
Finally 15 of us got selected. I was one among them.
Don\'t get disappointed, if you are rejected. Because the best is yet to come.
I was rejected in TCS, CTS, INFOSYS, TECH MAHINDRA and many companies.
Finally I got selected in L and T infotech, which was my 15th interview.
So don\'t lose hope. First believe in yourself. Be confident!
Really Indiabix does great job! I want to thank it. I used to read indiabix before attending interviews, it will be very helpful. So I want to contribute something to indiabix and freshers like me. Thats why I have shared my experience here.
ALL THE BEST :-).
HAVE A BRIGHT FUTURE :-).
