Hi Friends
I am Kanika. I gave my test on 20th April, 2007. The written test consisted of 3 sections:
1. Mathematics
2. English
3. Reasoning
The mathematics section was a bit tough with some questions from - ages, work, distance, a question based on DI. English section was the easiest with some questions on Synonyms, Realtionship, a passage, fill in the blanks and some questions with underlined words. Synonyms consisted of words that u people use in day to day lives. Relationship questions were the tricky ones, passage was the easiest with all answers in the passage itself. For Reasoning questions refer to Reasoning book of R.S.Aggarwal.
2nd Round
our 2nd round started around 5:30 p.m. Extempore session was there. They gave us 5 mins to choose a topic and gave us 1 min to speak. They were just checking our communications skill not the content. So i advice u to prepare it before going to the written. So that if u ppl clear the written then the ride will be the easiest. When u clear the interview u ppl will be given a form that u will have to fill. Do fill correct and clear info.
3rd Round
3rd round was an HR round. The lady who took our interview was very cool. She only was interested in the info that u filled up in da form. The key to the interview is confidence and they r looking for ppl who r academically good. Not only academically but shud also b involved in extra curricular activities. The person shud be an all rounder.
I got selected in the End. So i m proud to be L&Tite.
