Hi Friends
I am very pleased to inform you that I have been selected at Larsen & Toubro InfoTech through Shredskerala conducted on 9th, 10th of December for 2004 batch. There was also recruitment for 2005 batch also. I use this moment to show my gratitude to all the Friends for giving me the support that facilitates me to get through the selection process.
The test had 36 questions answered in 40 minutes. It\'s the usual stuff from them-a lot of figures. They gave eight figures in each question and we have to find the ninth one from the eight choices given. First 30 were easy. The rest were little bit tough. They short listed around 400. For those they conducted GD. Each group had around 20 people. They selected around 10 people from those who had GD. For my batch they had given us a topic "Industrial growth in Kerala". But the next batches of GD in which few of my friends involved, told me that they were allowed to speak on the subject they preferred.
Then the next day technical interview was there. It was easy. They asked me the about my PC configuration at Home, Primary use of my PC, my hobbies, my projects, some UNIX etc. After Technical round there was an HR interview. A female was the HR. She asked me the usual HR stuff like tell us about yourself, my GD topic, which location you preferred etc.
On 12th of December they published the first list and on 16th they published the final result. 92 were selected in the final list.
Again I thank all of the members and Friends madam.
