Yes, Option C is the right answer because in the mirror image we have to look left and right but in the water image, we just need to see the top and bottom.

Cross lines (consider letter z) are always interchanged in water images hence correct option will be D.

Option D is the correct answer because the straight and parallel line is the same direction in water image, but the cross line is interchanged in that water image, so D is the right answer.

The answer to this question is wrong because in water image only the top and bottom get interchanged.

It should be option C, as in water images just top and bottom gets interchanged whereas left and right is same as usual. So, therefore if you clearly observe option d the marking in the bottom rectangular box are getting inverted which should not happen if water image concerned.

The inert pattern of left side differs. And 4th option is correct for sure.

There is a difference between 3rd and 4th option. You observe carefully that the line arrangements in the left side (L shpae) in 3rd and 4th option.
