Option D is right.
Clearly we can see the circular part and the + sign. The circular path in option 3 and 4 is same but the sign + make a difference.

First Consider + sign of Image X then search for + sign from the options then either 1 or 4 will be the answer.
Now consider the circular part and finally and is option 4.
