We can say that the option D is correct because the top and bottom are interchanging.
From my point of view, option B and C is Wrong and there is confusion between option 1 and 4.

As in this question, we have to find water image and we know that in water image left and right remains same and top and bottom get interchange that is top becomes bottom and bottom become the top.
So, in this question also imagine the same. By consider lower symbol above and above symbol down and in the symbol even its top become bottom and bottom becomes top. And the line in between them will also be changed that is its head becomes tail and tail becomes head.
